Humans, animals, monsters, demons, plants etc anyone can get a superpower but only by luck.
A child is born with 2 powers,people consider him incredibly lucky,being the first one in their
country ,and being one of the people with the strongest powers.
But it's nothing like that,he just wants a to eat fight and draw at his own time.
