Noriyuki Tamaru, a short and adorable boy, is often teased by his classmates for being cute. Much to his dismay, they frequently force him to wear embarrassing things like bows and flower crowns. Tamaru has a crush on Morinaga: a tall and cool girl seen as a stone cold beauty and the idol of their class.
With the two seemingly being complete opposites, Tamaru cannot find any way to talk to her. One day, however, Tamaru finds Morinaga secretly trying on a bow, and he discovers just how adorable she truly is. Can keeping Morinaga's secret help Tamaru bond with his crush?
