what? what happened? no backstory on the boy (the whole "human" thing??), what did he hear at the end?? also given the amount of time, the sis should've wandered off way earlier... theory: what if it was another pair that died, and the person leading ji-hae wanted to give their child, who was following MC, a chance?

Surprised it says shounen ai... For now. Very blackmail/rapey. Not to mention, two chapters in and we haven't seen any plot. Disappoint.

This is such a beautiful manga. More heartfelt and realistic than most. It really goes into the feelings and questions many of my gay friends have gone through growing up.

A short volume indicate the variety of problems occurred to every teenagers. Most are dealing with hardships that differ from one another, some has got past their problem while others stuck to endless circle of hardship. Either way, the ending sum everything up nicely in a climactic ending: "Just blow it all to hell" The manga consist of different characters all in their adolescent period, all have their own problems that they've dealt or trying to deal with. It's a simple concept that has been satirized one way or another commonly used in psychological genre of manga and this one is no surprise. But the way this manga portrayed that very concept in this manga is far from normal, its used metaphorical images in a bizarre and yet surprisingly close realistic counterparts that is the circumstances in which each characters has to go through. The ending is an indication to the fictional world submerged with the real world and create a scenario where all the characters are gather at the end to discuss about their issues. This is a way of telling that the author realize the burden of stress and depression in this certain adolescent period which can lead to a bad mental life and also how to solved it: "To find someone to talk to" The art is bizarrely complex and bring about an atmosphere close to those of the horror/psychological genre and displayed it beautifully. It gives off a creepy vibe at times and somewhat heartwarming at others. The art is not a typical anime/manga artstyle but a more realistic artstyle despite the shenanigans in the story. Highly recommended, it's just one volume and took me less than an hour to finished it, give it a try. It hit really close to home on the hardship adolescent age have to been through
