At first I thought that the art is meh, but as i force myself to read more i got addicted to the story. It's full of mystery, awesome, and now I think that the art is pretty good and suitable for the story. This manga is so underrated.

This is my theory: 1. Gou's cousin died in a car accident long ago, while Aida Tomoe survived but became disabled and blind. Both were pregnant at that time. The cousin's wish was to switch the babies' place so her kid survived instead in Tomoe's body. That kid would be Hibiki. 2. Tomoe wanted to know how hibiki looked like. Her wish was to have a healthy body and be able to see. After seeing Hibiki doesn't look like her at all and probably resemble the cousin, she went mad and killed Hibiki and her husband, thinking he cheated on her. She doesn't kill Shizuka since he looked like her and is 100% her son. 3. Shizuka tried to stop his mother and had to retaliate, hence the father shouted "Stop, Shizuka!". After this Tomoe died, not because Shizuka killed her but it was her time to die (she was always ill, therefore she was granted the last request). Gou's last wish was letting Saaya erase Shizuka's memory so he doesn't know his mother was a murderer. 4. Hibiki died, saw that she, Tomoe and Gou were dead while Shizuka was standing holding the weapon. That's how the story started. Would love to see if someone can point out any contradiction in mine or share your theories.

A good, easy-going "hobby focus" type manga. Doesn't go too far into details in an unnatural info-dump way, but talks about neat things for camping, and has very lovely focuses on the locations used in the manga. The friendship between the two main characters doesn't feel too rushed or forced, either. So far, A+.

A weak socially pressured male student that's being bullied is a pervert that gets caught doing upskirt photographing and is bullied mentally and physically by a sadistic older female student. And said guy ends up getting turned on by being tied up and, if Japanese hentai/doujins are any indication, he'll obviously come to love having it done to him. It's like someone took the pathetic male Japanese masochist trope and distilled it down into a pure form of artistic cancer. And it's probably only going to get more pathetic and garbage filled by having some NTR aspect between psycho-bitch and concerned-class-prez. Kill this shit with fire, please.

This is Hojo Tsukasa's strongest work. The story is better and better paced than City Hunter (where, of course, the majority of the characters originate), the artwork is his most mature, and the standard Hojo hojokes are a little more varied and less over the top. It's a crying shame that scanslation has stopped for almost two and a half years, especially since there are almost 15 volumes of the story left to go, 33 in all. Here's hoping that someone is able and willing to pick it up again.
