This was supposed to be a romantic scene, where the shadows of the trees danced while petals and leaves fluttered in the winds... The girl I admired holding me... I hadn't even gotten a chance to speak a word of the confession that I had practiced for so long, but... at the time, I thought that there was no need to worry about rejection because... roughly half a second later, I died.
